Meeting you
to really get under the skin of what your requirements are, such as the commute, schooling and, of course, the kind of house that you want.
Give you a crash course on the area
during one of our bespoke orientation tours. We know this part of the world inside out, so can take you to areas we think would work for you, tell you everything you need to know about them, and then show you a range of houses to help you get a feel for what you can get within your budget.
Carry out viewings
on your behalf leaving no stone unturned to track down the most suitable houses. We will do preliminary viewings of all potential properties and after each viewing you will get sent a detailed, unbiased and honest report, saving you both time and wasted journeys.
Negotiate the best possible price
once we’ve found the house you want. We then offer advice and assistance every step of the way from exchange of contracts through to completion.
Assist with your move
by getting quotations from recommended removal companies and organising local tradespeople or other professional services to get your house in shape before or after you’ve moved in.
Keep in touch
with you once you’ve moved in. We don’t just disappear – we’re always at the end of the phone if you have any questions or need any advice that will help you to settle into the area more quickly.
