Transparent Fees for Exceptional Service

You’ve found a house but want our expert opinion on how to proceed with an offer price, whether it’s priced correctly, how it compares with like for like properties in the area and you want us to do the negotiating.  Our relationships with local estate agents mean that we can have candid discussions behind the scenes to ensure you get the best possible price.

£50 + VAT per hour

Our full service which includes an orientation tour, an unlimited property search for 12 months including screening suitable on and off market properties and accompanying you on viewings, followed by managing the entire purchase process, including negotiating the best possible price, once we’ve identified the property.

£1,000 retainer + VAT

1% + VAT success fee payable on completion

Following an initial consultation we will take you a tailor-made orientation tour visiting the areas, towns and villages that we think will best fit your requirements.  We will impart our local knowledge along the way and can answer any questions that you may have.  By the end of the tour you will have all the information you need to make an informed decision about where you want to relocate to.

£500 + VAT

After a free initial consultation we will discuss sales strategies and timings, arrange valuations with trusted local estate agents, review valuations, instruct estate agents and arrange for any professional services that you may need in order to get the house ready for sale such as decorators, gardeners and plumbers.  For an additional fee, we work with several excellent teams who can assist with decluttering, sorting and staging the house for sale.  

 £50 per hour + VAT 

You’ve moved into your new home but need help.  We can help you set up utilities at your new address and can arrange quotations from our little black book of trusted contacts.  Whether you need new carpets, curtains and blinds, home helps, cleaners, gardeners, joiners, architects, builders or any other services to hit the ground running – we can help.   For an additional fee, we work with trusted teams who can help you to unpack and get organised.
